Delivery : Orders received by 11:00 am. for stock items are shipped same day by UPS or next day by our trucks F.O.B. shipping point.

Payment Terms are Net 30 with Approved Credit. A late charge of 1½% per month (APR 18%) will be charged on past due accounts.

Returned Goods : Please inspect your package immediately. If you are not completely satisfied with any product, please contact a Customer Service Representative at (800) ASC-9004 within 10 days for a return authorization number. ASC reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee. Credit or exchange for special order items will not be accepted without approval from the manufacturer. Please prepay shipping. C.O.D.'s will not be accepted.

If you have a problem with goods damaged or lost in transit, you should contact the carrier immediately for an inspection and specific instructions on how to make a claim. (Be sure to retain all packing materials for the mandatory inspection.) If a shipment suffers concealed damage, the carrier must be notified and an inspection requested within 15 days of delivery.
